How does it work?

This treatment is hygienic, painless & safe. Wet/Dry Microdermabrasion combines crystal-free microdermabrasion, vacuum technology, and strategic product infusion to provide a gentle and effective exfoliation that leaves skin visibly soft, radiant, and glowing!

We utilise a variety of abrasion selections and aquafuse products which allows your skin specialist to customise your treatment to your skin concerns, needs, and level of intensity required for exfoliation.

What to expect pre & post Microdermabrasion:

  • The procedure will be customised for your special skin concerns without any inconvenience or downtime. You may experience some slight redness depending on the strength of procedure chosen by your qualified Therapist, but this will fade within one to 24 hours. A light dusting of mineral makeup can be applied at the completion of your treatment if you wish.
  • Things to note:  While the results of the treatment differ from client to client, Microdermabrasion is not recommended if you have fine, sensitive skin. We advise clients to avoid waxing the two days prior to your treatment and five days after, and strongly advise against the use of sunbeds and swimming in heavily chlorinated water for at least two weeks post-treatment. If you have broken capillaries or have active breakouts, we recommend you discuss with your Therapist alternative treatments such as LED Skin Rejuvenation(Link to BioSynthesis LED) or Peels (link to Professional Peels)to help strengthen, repair and calm your skin.
